Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to all LeadRescuePro LLC setup, subscription, metered usage, and related billing events.
2. Setup Fee is Non-Refundable
The $997 setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding, configuration, account provisioning, implementation, or integration work begins.
3. Cancellation Before Renewal
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date through the billing portal or by written notice to hello@leadrescuepro.com. Charges already incurred remain due.
4. No Prorated Refunds
No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partial monthly periods, partial usage periods, or early termination during any active billing period.
5. Usage Charges Are Final Once Incurred
Metered usage charges are final once usage is recorded under the Billing and Usage Policy and are not refundable solely due to reduced demand, staffing changes, or partial utilization.
6. Billing Dispute Before Chargeback
You must submit written billing disputes before initiating any chargeback. Dispute submission must include invoice number, amount disputed, and factual basis.
7. Chargeback Cooperation Requirement
You agree to cooperate in good-faith chargeback and billing investigations, including prompt response and production of relevant account records.
8. Service Suspension for Non-Payment
Failed or reversed payments may trigger a 48-hour grace period. Unpaid balances after the grace period may result in suspension and potential reactivation fees.
9. Policy Updates
Policy changes become effective upon posting at https://www.leadrescuepro.com/refund-policy/.
