Billing FAQ

How are usage charges calculated?

Each call is measured by duration in seconds, converted to minutes, then rounded up to the next whole minute at $0.50/min.

When am I charged?

You pay the $997 setup fee at launch. Your $199 base renews monthly, and usage is billed after the cycle closes.

What if my payment fails?

A 48-hour grace period may apply before suspension. Reactivation may require balance settlement and a reactivation fee.

Refund FAQ

Is the setup fee refundable?

No. Once onboarding begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Are partial month refunds available?

No. Partial-month and partial-usage prorated refunds are not provided.

How do I dispute a charge?
