How are usage charges calculated?
Your $499/month plan includes 500 minutes each billing period. Additional minutes are billed at $0.20 each, rounded up by started minute.
When am I charged?
If you decide to move forward after the audit/demo call, you pay the $997 setup fee in one secure checkout before onboarding begins. Your $499/month subscription begins billing next month.
What if my payment fails?
A 48-hour grace period may apply before suspension. Reactivation may require balance settlement and a reactivation fee.

Is the setup fee refundable?
No. Once onboarding begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Are partial month refunds available?
