For account and billing information, LeadRescuePro acts as an independent data controller. For caller and lead data processed through client-configured workflows, LeadRescuePro generally acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of the Client, which remains responsible for lawful collection and use.

- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Services.
- Execute configured inbound call workflows.
- Support lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and account administration.
- Process payments and usage billing.
- Provide support and operational communications.
